Bonjour ,les nouvelles mises a jour LR et PS ,ne peuvent s installer sur mon PC datant de 2013 ,cela veut il dire que je dois changer d ordinateur ?? merci

It means you cannot update if you don't. You can still keep using the older Lr and Ps versions however, so you do not have to get a new computer.
