Mise à jour Mise à jour LRCC ne fonctionne pas

Question

Bonjour, j'ai une mise à jour en attente sur Classic mais l'onglet "tout mettre à jour " n'est pas actif. Comment faire la mise à ,jour de LRCC SVP ? Pour commencer une fenêtre m'a demandé de fermer LRCC pour lancer la mise à jour (il ne s'est rien passé) et maintenant les onglets de mise à jour sont inertes.

J'utilise Windows 10 et j'ai 32 Mb de mémoire de RAM. J'ai la version 12.2.1

In a first step try resetting the CC App. Make sure that the Creative Cloud desktop app is in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R

Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
