Miss IA generative in LR 14.2

I have LR Classic 14.2 installed in 2 different devide but in one I have IA in there and in the other it isn't it is like enable.

How can I have back the AI?

Your screeshot shows that you've selected the Heal tool, which doesn't have AI support. For AI functionality you need to select the Remove tool. See attached screeshot.
