Missing Brush

I just updated LR Classic and now I cannot adjust masks with add or subtract brush. I only get a hand to move. Does anyone know anything? Am I missing something?

Have you considered resetting the preference file? Buggy behavior, could be a corrupt preferences file

New issue: Eye dropper is not sampling a spot either for white balance measuring. As in the other brush, it just turns into a hand.
