Missing "From Lightroom" collection

According to the Lightroom Classic sync FAQ there should be an entry called From Lightroom under Collections in Lightroom Classic. I'm expecting it to provide access to all the photos I have in Lightroom (cloud). But many minutes after enabling sync and allowing it to complete, and having restarted Lightroom Classic, this From Lightroom collection has yet to appear. Why could this be?

Can't say I've seen it either, but files from Lightroom ecosystem are in a folder called Lightroom Mobile - location set in the Lightroom Sync Preferences.

I have the same problem. Lightroom Classic 14.1.1. I used to have From Lightroom collection but it disappeared. I checked Lightroom and all the pictures are in the cloud but not accessible from Lightroom Classic in the From Lightroom collection. Can't say for certain when it disappeared but I've had some crashes on exit with Classic so I reinstalled. The From Lightroom collection is still missing.
