"missing keywords" not displayed in smart collection panel

The" missing keywords". use to be displayed in the smart collections panel. But for some reason it is gone now.

If you mean the default 'No keywords' smart collection is not there in your catalog, then you probably removed it by mistake. Just create a new one. One line: Keywords 'is empty'.

I still don't understand how to create a new one. It used to be under smart collections  as "Missing Keywords" or something like that. Clicking on that would show all files that don't have a keyword. Where do I type in "Keywords is empty"  Thank You !

My mistake. It used to say "without keywords " not missing keywords like i mentioned
