Missing lens profiles : how to create my own?

I use everyday my Nikon NIKKOR 55mm AI-S F/3.5 and it is not listed in the lens menu. I use many Panasonic Lumix Leica, so why Panasonic brand is not listed in the lens profiles menu?

I know it's incorporated in the file (mirrorless cam), but, when wou edit the RAW in Photoshop or other photo apps, this feature is removed and I can't add it after editing. Same issue with old RAW files in my archives.

Adobe® Lens Profile Creator, is not supported since 2012, so we can't create our own profiles.

Why Adobe can't fix this important issue?

If I understand you correctly, then you want to apply a lens profile on a raw image that you have edited in Photoshop? A raw image that is edited in Photoshop is not a raw image anymore. It is an RGB image and the lens profile is already 'baked into the pixels'. That is why Adobe normally does not provide lens profiles for non-raw images (with very few exceptions), so there is nothing to fix.
