Missing lens profiles : how to create my own?

I use everyday my Nikon NIKKOR 55mm AI-S F/3.5 and it is not listed in the lens menu. I use many Panasonic Lumix Leica, so why Panasonic brand is not listed in the lens profiles menu?I know it's incorporated in the file (mirrorless cam), but, when wou edit the RAW in Photoshop or other photo apps, this feature is removed and I can't add it after editing. Same issue with old RAW files in my archives. Adobe® Lens Profile Creator, is not supported since 2012, so we can't create our own profiles. Why Adobe can't fix this important issue?

If I understand you correctly, then you want to apply a lens profile on a raw image that you have edited in Photoshop? A raw image that is edited in Photoshop is not a raw image anymore. It is an RGB image and the lens profile is already 'baked into the pixels'. That is why Adobe normally does not provide lens profiles for non-raw images (with very few exceptions), so there is nothing to fix.
