Missing Lightroom Presets

Hi! I used to have a license for Adobe Creative Cloud, but it expired, so I decided to purchase the license again I downloaded it and sign in. There were no presets I had made in the previous version of Lightroom when I opened it. Can someone help me, please? Why are my presets missing? I expected them to transfer automatically since my email address remained the same. Thank you for any help. Marie

It looks like your current license is a Personal license and your previous license was Federated (Business/Education/or Similar). When you log in do you get the option for Personal/Federated? If so, and you choose Federated, you should see your previously synced content.

If not, you will need to contact Support to work out your license mismatch.

Yeah, my previous license was from my university. When I log into my new one it gives me options, such as Personal Account or Company/School Account, if I press School Account and try to open lightroom it says Acces denied. Thank you.
