Missing Masking Panel

I am running LR Classic 12.0.1 on a Mac Studio Apple M1Max Ventura 13.0.1

The masking window sometimes does not pop up. Other times, it pops up and I am able to use the tool but if I click on it again, it does not pop up. In all instances, the panel changes but I cannot mask if I can't select what I am masking.

I am not in full screen mode.

It's a known issue and is not specific to Full Screen mode. When it next happens just drag the edge of the panels track left then right. The masks panel should reappear. Alternatively, dock it within the panels track.
