Missing or lost folders

I moved over to LRC from LR6 last year and have processed numerous photos since then and followed my normal file architecture setting up new folders for collections.  However, these seem to have vanished which, although not a huge problem as all photos are saved elsewhere inc exported JPEGs, is a huge frustration and source of some puzzlement.  I have searched my PC and it looks like I might have set up the new LRC catalogue on my home cloud system (see clipping below).  Anyone have any comments about what had happened / I have done wrong?

You can't put an LrC catalog in the cloud or on a network drive. You have to move the catalog to an internal or external drive

    Thanks for getting back to me.  I am puzzled therefore how / where I was processing photos since using LRC when there is no catalogue (other than a copy of my old LR6) on the computer.  Probably a rookie error and I have scuffed up settings somewhere!

    LrC always uses a catalog. It is trying to use the catalog indicated, you must move it to local internal or external HD.
