Missing Panels on Interface after update

I am using an iMac M1 with Ventura 13.1, and Lightroom classic 12.1. I have used Lightroom mobile on this system for months without issue, but after installing LrC, every time I open the app I get a solid gray screen without any modules, popups, etc showing. "Lightroom Classic, File, edit, window, help" is across the top but nothing else shows whatsoever. If I select the menu and try to go to settings etc the app freezes. If the app is closed, it runs in background until I force quit.

 

I have allowed full disk access, tried 2 older versions of LrC, selected "repair" using creative cloud uninstalled, rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled 5x, reset preferences, changed display color profile settings, signed out/in of creative cloud etc and NOTHING WORKS.

in your list of attempted fix/diagnostics, I do not see attempting to create a new catalog.

 

At the MAC, press and hold down the OPTION key, and click on the LrC startup icon.

 

That should start LrC, but with a dialog screen asking about what catalog to open, select new catalog.

The notification was there because an update was available. The picture was taken when I was trying a previous version of LrC. I currently have the newest version installed. 

I am able to select create a new catalog when the app opens, but after selecting this, nothing happens.

 

I can also select open existing catalog, which brings up the prompt, but I do not have an existing catalog to open. If I select "new document", the folder closes and nothing happens.

 

I have also tried going to my gallery and selecting an image, right clicking, selecting edit with LrC. This will open LrC but I only see the menu bar across the top. The app itself never shows. I have to force quit to close it.

I notice that your Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop,App icon has a red dot, indication notifications. If you click on that icon as to open it up, anything helpful?
