Mobile alternative for culling before importing into LrC?

Hey everyone,

How do you usually handle culling large batches of RAWs before importing them into Lightroom Classic? I’m talking 2-5k images from a wedding or event.

I used to do everything directly in LrC, but lately I’ve been experimenting with an iOS app called PhotoPicker that lets me go through photos directly from an external drive — no import needed. It supports flagging, star ratings, etc., and saves everything into XMPs that Lightroom picks up on import.

Has anyone tried something similar? Curious if there are other tools or workflows people are using for faster pre-import sorting.
