Moire swirl in fabric

Question

I have no moire swirl in my fabrics in Photoshop but as soon as I save or export it, it appears in the saved copy. Is this a sizing issue? I have used the moire slider, because there is no moire in my preview, I don't see a difference and still moire in my saved copy.

When working with (or just viewing)image detail like sharpness, noise,moiré or chromatic aberration, it is crucial to view the image at 100%, where one image pixel is represented by one screen pixel.Moiré can appear when an image is scaled on screen, even though there is no moiré when viewed at 100%.So the best you can do is to apply moiré reduction at 100% view, as well as view the exported image at 100%.
