.MOV files won't play in Lightroom

I have the latest version of lightroom classic on my Mac mini with the latest version of Tahoe 26. If I export a .MOV file it plays just fine, but when I'm in the Library section movies will not play. Also, the tool bar at the top is acting weird. Sometimes it won't show.
