Moving existing catalog from LR 6.14 to new comp with new LR Classic

LR 6.14 is installed on my old computer. LR 6.14 is working with pictures that are located on two (2) external SSD drives.
My problem/question #1 is I would like to move my existing Catalog from my old computer to a new one with a new LR Classic (finally I subscribed) on it.

My problem/question #2 is my two (2) SSD drives with pictures(which I edited on LR 6.14) I would like to combine them into one SSD drive, and then correctly connect them with a new computer that had a new version of LR Classic on it.
Thank you in advance for your help. Can't wait to start enjoying with new LR Classic.

One step at a time. Move the two SSD drives to the new computer. Once you are 100% sure that everything in Lightroom Classic is working properly, then (and only then) should you consolidate the images into a single drive. Do not combine the two steps.
