Moving folders from internal hard drive to external hard drive

I have two hard drives in my computer, both are full. I now want to move folders from the internal drives to an external drive, when I try to do so, it simply move one image not the whole folder

If you want to do this in Lightroom Classic, then drag and drop the folders inside the folder panel, not the images in the grid.

What did you try and what does "no avail" mean? What do you see on your screen that indicates "no avail"?
