Moving Lighhtroom Classic to a new internal drive

I have just installed a new, fast, internal SSD drive in addition to the existing one in my laptop. I want to reinstall Lightroom Classic on the new drive. What is the be st way of doing this. Delete and Reinstallation? I habe the libraies in a spearte drive but would need to re-link them.

Uninstall then re-install. WHen you re-install, you can tell the Adobe Creative Cloud app to use the new drive. In the Creative Cloud app, under Preferences, select "Apps" and then change Install Location.

No need to re-link the files in the catalog.
