Computer: Windows 10 Professional Laptop

RAM: 32GB

Drive where LR is, 4TB - SSD

I'm trying to create a new catalog to move to a desktop system.  I can copy the folder to the new PC, however I am trying to consolidate the space and delete my older and not used catalogs, which are all the way back to Lightroom 3.  The issue I am having is the export is hanging in the process, within a short time after creatings the 'Previews.lrdata', which creates folders 0-9 and A-F folders, with data, and then hangs and appears crashed.  It stops adding to the new location even after several hours.  The current catelog is taking 25 hours to move to a NAS, by wireless.  So I would suspect moving to an SSD over USB would be a tad faster, but so far, that's not thecase.  Anyone have eperience with a catalog with 99,499 photos and videos in your catalog that can offer assistance?

You do NOT need to Export or Import anything!

In a Simple summary-

COPY your current working Catalog to the new computer.

COPY your photo folders and files to the new computer.

OPEN the catalog on the new computer.

RELINK the Catalog to the photos in their new location.

TIDY your folders and files in the new system.

There are other incidentals, such as Presets and Plugins that you might need to Copy.
