Moving photos for LR 5 to new computer with LRCC

I need advice on how to move my LR 5 library from an older Windows 7 machine to my new Windows 10 computer with LR CC.  Ay suggestions appreciated.

There is no Lightroom CC, I assume you mean Lightroom Classic.
