Multiple Detetion Error

Recently I have noticed that when I try to delete a number of photos (more than one) at once, after the deletion process I get a message that says one photo could not be deleted. I need to go back, find it, and delete it by itself. Then it is gone.

I'm running LrC on a Dell XPS 8930 i7 with 32 gb of RAM, & Windows 10 up to date. My LrC version is 12.4

Help please.
