My current C drive is run out of spaces, how do I migrate LrC program files to D Drive?

My current system OS is MS Window and my C drive is run out of free spaces (less than 3GB), how do I migrate LrC program files to D Drive?

To move the photos: See Part 2 — Updating Folder Location, in this document. Once this is complete and you confirm that Lightroom Classic is working properly with the files on the 😧 drive, you can delete the photos from your C: drive.
