My LightRoom Classic keeps FREEZING

My LightRoom Classic keeps freezing and I have uninstalled it and even had the support online try to help. Of course when we were screen sharing it did not do this. Uhhhhh  This is so frusting to try to work and it keeps freezing.  It stays on one image and will not move.  HELP PLEASE

    Also, what actions in Lightroom Classic seem to cause this freeze? How serious is the freeze — do you have to restart Lightroom Classic or restart the computer?
