Need 1:1 Help Understanding the Catalog

Okay, I get it, Adobe doesn't want to invest in telephone support for their products, however, I'm completely baffled with my Lightroom Filing System (catalog). I've installed Lighroom and imported photos however, somewhere along the way I've screwed the filing up. I have questions that I can't find answers for and doing a share screen session would help clear up my problems. Does anyone in the forum know of a service that provides what I'm looking for?

Sounds like a nice class in LrC is in order. You can find them at nicer camera stores, photography groups, and schools (Jr College, colleges, university's)

First, there are phone contacts for support:

https://www.adobe.com/about-adobe/contact.html

2nd, this is a user-to-user support forum where all the users volunteering to help are humans.

What's the question or problem; we're all (human) ears <g>

My Lightroom filing (catalog) is a mess. I have files, inside of files, inside of files. I've tried to reorganize the files but, it seems I just create another problem. I understand that all changes must be done through Lighroom so the program is aware of the changes made. Following YouTube tutorials, chat lines, and forums isn't doing it for me. I'm willing to pay for a service or person who would do a screen sharing session with me and walk me through my problems. I just want a reputible company/person.

This is a user issue; LR simply catalogs as you ask it to. Just as throwing hundreds of pieces of paper into a file cabinet produces a mess without order, you have to organize everything and always in LR, never in the Finder or File Explorer.

So what I'd recommend is coming up with an organizational system that makes sense to you, and only you can figure that out. I'd get a good book on working with a DAM to give you ideas. This is my recommendation:

Maybe you can  hire Peter, there is none better for this.

We're all humans here. You can show us screen captures or even videos.
