Need advice on migrating Lightroom CC to a new computer

Hi,

   I currently have Lightroom CC 2015 on my old Windows 7 desktop.  I have my catalog on the main drive (C). and I have photos that I've adjusted using Lightroom on the C drive, another internal drive (E) and on an external drive (I).  I've installed the latest Lightroom CC on the new Windows 10 desktop. I was thinking maybe I should move all of these over to another external drive before I bring the catalog over to the new PC.  How can I do this so that the catalog will get updated with the new location and Lightroom will know where to find my pics?  On the E drive I have a folder called Photography and then many subfolders underneath that.  I hope I don't have to remap them all individually.
