NEED HELP With subscription/Account

I just went to open Lightroom for the first time in a few months and I was signed out. So I signed in and it said I don't have an active subscription but my cards been getting charged the same 'Photography plan for the last 2 years straight. Then I thought maybe i logged into the wrong account but every email I try says i have no active plans yet I just got charged for a plan 22 days ago on a reccuring monthly basis. Is there a way to figure out what email I used? Or stop the charge. Or something else??

Go to this link and type in "Agent".   Be patient.  Sometimes it is fast and sometimes they are busy.
