Need Install Lightroom 5 on a new computer

I am moving to a new computer and I need to install Lightroom 5 with the 5.71 upgrade. I tried to download the software from my account in adobe, but the link does not work. I was told to contact support.

    I assume you followed the advice at- https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/downloaded-older-app.html

    I cannot answer why a link would not work.

    We here, in the Community Forum, are not Adobe, so cannot be of more help.

    Contact Adobe again (by 'Contact us' in the link above) and insist on a download link for 5.7.1. Do not let them redirect you back to the forums!
