Need technical help

Question

Hi there, I need a technical person to dial in and help me. LRC is not working. Each time I try to use it it just freezes, so I cannot use it. All my catalogues and all my photo's today cannot be found. It is now saying my hard disk is corrupt. I don't want help which directs me to do this and that, I want to speak to a person who can actually help me. What is the point of paying for this when it is not even working?
