I am having a persistent problem with the paid version of Lightroom. Whenever I use the AI features, the application crashes, even though I have a very up-to-date system. I request a refund for my subscription or an urgent fix, as this issue is costing me a significant amount of money and time.

No one here in the Adobe Community can refund your money. You will have to contact Adobe directly.

 

Although if the problem is usually caused by AI features, the cause could likely be your GPU or your GPU driver. What is your GPU make and model, and what driver version NUMBER do you have?

@lukas_292740312927  As far as I see at the version number of the NVidia driver you're installed the Game Ready version.

But it recomended to use the Studio version of the graphic device driver.

Goto NVidia's website and search, download and install the appropriate Studo version for your card. Then check.
