Neue Lightroom Classic 13.3: Synchronisierung problems

Hi everybody,

 

after Update of LR Classic and catalog cannot fisnish syncronaization. I have 60k pictures an the cloud, the sync error is not new. Usually I see in the Settings "Lightroom Synchronization" the sync process with file names. In the new version it showes nothing. I do not know wich file I  can remove and reimport. If I press option button (MacBook) and click on the item "show in the web", Safari opened LR in the web and show message 2 errors"

 

Could you please explain how to trobleshoot in this case?

Exactly the same problem here. 50k photos, 50 GB in size. After update to LRC 13.3, approx. 100 photos should be synchonized. Nothing happend since then. No progress, sync seems to be in a endless loop. Message (german) "Synchronisierungsdaten werden initialisiert" for 7 days now. Please see screen shot. Sync status in internet shows: No errors.

What should I do? Waiting again for serveral days?

My system: MacStudio 2022, Sonoma 14.5, 1.3 TB free space on SSD.

I have similar problem.  One image continues to try to sync.  Web shows no issues.  Multiple reboots.  System is Win11.

Already did it. LrWeb shows  no errors

Can you please share diagnostic report with us ? 
Preferences > Lightroom Sync > hold alt/option > Generate diagnostic report

Thanks for a quick answer. I do not have collaction All Sync Error and do not have section Sync Errors in the Web. Should I contact to the support?

Hi, same problem for me. LRc is now syncing for more than 30h . Two times it crashed completly while mac was not in use and LR sync was the only active process
