I am new to lightroom and any photo edditing software
I was watching youtube videos to try and learn more about ligtroom but there lightroom looks so differnt from mine and has more setttings than I have. I cant seem to work it out to get the more settings
can someone help?
There are two different versions of Lightroom. That may be confusing you.
1. Lightroom Classic was called Lightroom until a few years ago. This version works with images stored on your local computer drives.
2. "Lightroom" which uses cloud storage for your images.
Be sure you have chosen the right videos to watch. Note: Many people and YT creators still call Lightroom Classic "Lightroom" which just confuses the situation more.
The features of both versions are similar, but the interfaces are entirely different.
