new LR Classic in parallel with LR 6.14(2017) ?

If I istall the new LR Classic will it be possible to keep my old LR 6.14 installed in 2017?

How can I avoid that LR 6.14 is removed from my Win10 64bit Desktop?

Yes it is possible, and it is also a very poor idea. If you have multiple catalogs, each working in different versions of Lightroom Classic, parts your work are not interchangeable from the newer catalog to the older one. Best to avoid doing this. If you are going to use LrC, upgrade the Lr 6 catalog and do all of your work in LrC.
