new LRC to PS failure

Folks,

I guess its my turn now to deal with failure to send images from LRC to PS 2023. I did go to the most recent group of photos and that didn't work. I don't know where to turn and Adobe is closed today. Any suggestions?

I am on a PC, Windows 10, LRC 12.5 release, PS 2023.

That sounds like you have seen that other people have reported this problem. I assume that you will also have seen the suggestion how to solve this, by uninstalling Lightroom Classic and Photoshop and then reinstalling Photoshop first and then Lightroom Classic. Did you try that?

Hi Johan,
I would if I knew how. I will need someone to guide me. I do have a guru who
has been helpful and I will contact him to see when he can supervise the
process. I have also had very productive sessions with the pros at Adobe
who I will also contact tomorrow.
I didn't follow the discussions since it wasn't a problem at the time. Is
this process considered the go to solution?
