New Mac - Upgrade Help

I have a friend who runs a local photography business, primarily using Adobe Lightroom Classic. She has asked me to help her choose a new Mac. She is currently using the following:

Model: Mac mini (2018)

Processor: 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Memory: 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Storage: 500GB Apple SSD

She needs something with more performance and storage. She's also using a more basic 1080P display and is looking to upgrade that as well.

We are looking at either the new iMac with the M3 chip with the following specs:

Model: iMac (M3)

Chip: Apple M3 (8‑core CPU with 4 performance cores and 4 efficiency cores, 10‑core GPU, and 16‑core Neural Engine)

Memory: 24 GB unified memory

Storage: 2TB SSD

...or a Mac mini with the M2 Pro chip plus an Apple Studio Display:

Model: Mac mini (M2 Pro)

Chip: Apple M2 Pro (10‑core CPU, 16-core GPU, 16‑core Neural Engine)

Memory: 32 GB unified memory

Storage: 2TB SSD

Any thoughts on what might be a better solution? Any insights would be helpful!
