Correct answer @MNiessenPhoto

Yes, Kathy, the Spot Removal is in the Develop module (Q is the shortcut):

If you only click once on the picture, it clone/heals that area, but if you then hold shift and click again, it clones/heals a line between the first and second points (for other cases, you can also hold the mouse button and simply paint an area).

Try both the clone and heal options if you're not satisfied with the result. And finally, you can click and drag the area that is used as source to move it around, it sometimes helps improving the correction.

Hope that helps,

Michael

Remove the line with the Spot Removal (Q). Click on one point on the line, hold shift and click again on another point. Zoom a lot and make the brush very small.

It should work ok if you do it a little by little and are careful where you apply it. That said, it would be faster in Photoshop with the either Healing Brush, cloning or other methods.

To increase the resolution, possibly with superresolution (right-click on the pic in the Develop module and choose Enhance...), but it really depends on the quality of the original. The image as attached is pretty bad, so it will most likely not help, and you might want to work on that in Photoshop as well, but a good result isn't guaranteed, IMO.

Hope that helps,

Michael

Thanks Michael.  I don't know photoshop at all.  LOL  I will try the spot healing.  That's in the develop module too?
