Newest Mobile app edits won't sync to older Lightroom Classic

Hi

I was wondering if a new version of Lightroom Classic for Mac would be released soon. I'm sure this isn't a normal thing Adobe would tell us but my Lightroom Mobile app updated, I made edits & they won't sync back into Classic because it hasn't been updated. It says "There are photos edited with a newer version of Lightroom in your catalog Enabling sync without updating Lightroom Classic first will cause incompatible edits to be lost." I would rather not lose whatever edits I did in Mobile. If I did would it just be features not yet in Classic? I know I should have made sure they were both compatible with each each other...

What are the versions of Lightroom and Lightroom Classic that you currently use? There should be no incompatibility if you use the latest versions of both.

They are the latest, I've hit check for updates in Classic 100 times by now.

Lightroom Classic is version 14.5.1 & the Mobile version is 11.0 which came out 5 days ago. I'm sure they will release the updated Classic any day now. Just needed to get some photos sent out.

Seems Adobe released Lightroom Mobile ahead of time, as this version is the 2026 version that will indeed require a 2026 version of Lightroom Classic as well, that is expected to be released at Adobe MAX.
