Nikon D800 Tethering to LR6 - Keeps disconnecting

Does anyone have a "Fix" for a Nikon D800 'disconnecting / no camera detected' issue with LR6 ? It's very irritating especially when you have the client in the studio! Is there a Fix in LR itself or is this a Nikon Fix required ??

Any useful tips /answers would be very much appreciated .
