Nikon D850 not tethering ... AGAIN!

After the total shambles of the Adobe / MacOS Ventura / Nikon tethering issue was eventually sorted out, the problem appears to be back again on my M1 Mac Air.

 

I recently udpated to Mac Sonoma without issue.

Then I updated Lightroom to v13, and again the camera won't connect to my Nikon D850 when running Lightroom Classic (Intel or Silicon version) on the laptop.

It connects fine on my (older) iMac with Intel chips.

    I had the same issue: on Ventura D850 had no problem with connection, on Sonoma LR can't detect the camera. Checked old post on AC and the advise was to remove memory card before tethering. Stupid but It worked for me. Worth to try, maybe it will help in your case?
