I'm having an issue with my Nikon D850 and tethering to Lightroom classic CC. When I tether to my computer I would like the image to show on the back of my camera and in Lightroom. How can I fix this issue?

If you're looking for tethered capture in cloud-based Lightroom CC, it isn't there. If you want tethered capture then you'll need Lightroom Classic CC.

    Hi Akash.

This is my first post in the forums, new to LR and CC. Previous Aperture user.

Current rig: MBP late 2013 13" Retina 10.13. LR Lib on External G Drive, Teather Tools USB 3.0 Cable with USB Booster to Nikon D850, active on this laptop as I am typing this.

First: IT WORKS and faster than expected! TBH I was considering Capture One but gave this a try today and am pretty impressed. Have image appearing on laptop. Laptop is connected HDMI to 55" and both are working.

Here is my issue. It is ingrained in me that I always power the camera down the camera. It is a natural reaction. On . Off. Each time you power down the camera the program disconnects the camera. When I power the camera up again LR will not find the camera. I have to exit LR and go back into the session. ( I tried with a lr lib on local drive and same result) Is there a work around? Is this common regardless of camera and or setup? Or is this a glitch with the D850.

If you update to the newly released LR Classic CC V7.1 supposedly it is now available.

I suggest you restart your system after doing the update.
