Nikon Z9 image editing change

Hello forum. I'm using Lightroom Classic 13.2 on Creative Cloud. I edit on 2019 Macbook Pro with Mac OS Sonoma 14.4.1. Since getting the Z9 I've had great results using the Camera Settings preference in Lightroom with the camera set to neutral profile and +1 quick sharpening. This has meant I've only had to adjust the white and black clippings in LR with no extra sharpness needed. Presumably after the last LR update the basic panel has changed - with the neutral profile automatically selected - in that the white clippings slider is replaced by 'interactive fill' which gives poor 'cut-out' effects and the end result of editing looking drab. I can change the profile in the basic panel to Adobe Colour and this restores the white clipping slider and looks my best option, but in my opinion the end resuts are still short of the quality I was getting. Has anyone else seen this change?
