No Color Grading Panel

I just upgraded from Lightroom Classic 9.4 to 10.0.  My develop module does not have a Color Grading Panel.  It still has the old Split Toning Panel.  Has anyone else had this problem and what do I do to fix it?

Oh, snap, and check the process version, I think way down bottom right in develop module.
