No full start of LrC after change of language

I run LrC on a Windows 11 computer with German as system language.

From 15.5.1 on LrC does not show its UI after its launch after having changed the language in the Presets to English. It is only shown in the Windows Task Manager as Background Process.

My test sequence:

Today I updated LrC from 15.5.1 to 15.6: LrC showed its UI, the Presets switched the language to the system language, in my case German. I switched the language to English and clicked “Restart ...”. LrC restarted and no UI was shown, only as Background Process.

Then I downgraded LrC from 15.6. to 15.5.1: exactly the same as above

The I updated LrC from 15.5.1 to 15.6 again and after launching it the UI is shown - in German.
I’m afraid to change the language again.
