No sync between LR Classic 13.0.1 to Cloud

I have the latest version of LRC (13.0.1) and the symbol to sync a collection with the Web is no more available. My collections do not sync with the web anymore.

 

Is this a bug in the new release or is there a new way that I do not know?

    It is a SERIOUS bug. Probably the biggest one I've ever seen in Lightroom Classic since its very first version...

    I have seen that happen very rarely in earlier versions of Lightroom Classic. In my case, just restarting Lightroom Classic brought back the syncing functions.
