No 'sync with LR Mobile' checkbox

Im trying to create a New Collection to sync with Lightroom Mobile, however there is no checkbox to sync.  I have clicked on my nameplate and according to the drop down menu Sync is on.  Can anyone help? Im using LR on CC.

Could it be that you tried this for a smart collection which is not supported yet. - Guido

Same issue here. I almost regret I purchased a creative cloud thinking it would make editing and workflow faster - instead spent all day trying to solve this issue. Agent was on my screen for almost an hour, ran some cleaning but nothing, redirected me to a different team.. and when I started new chat to follow up on my case - person just quit the chat so not happy. Such a waste of time and money and nobody can seem to help resolve this.
