No works color flag or retings in Lightroom 12.4

Good afternoon I ran into a problem in Lightroom Classic version 12.4 - neither color labels nor star ratings are displayed when using the numeric keypad. The operating system is Windows 10, the language layouts used are English and Russian (the error is present in any layout). At the same time, Lightroom displays that it has set a flag or a rating, but they are NOT set, and when you turn on filters by flags (colored labels) or rating, there are no images.

In a first step try is to reset the preferences to the default settings. 

  • Reset Procedure: 
  • Close Lightroom. 
  • Windows: Hold down [Alt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom. 
    Mac: Hold down [Opt]+[Shift] while restarting Lightroom. 
  • Overwrite the Preferences when prompted by the dialog. 
  • Close Lightroom. 
  • Restart Lightroom.

I have selected files in the Library module from the list, and I want to assign a rating or a color label to them. When I assign a rating to them, Lightroom says that it has assigned a rating to the file, but when I ask to display files with this rating, it does not display anything. For some reason, this does not happen with all files, for some it attaches color labels and a rating.

I want to add that the problem occurs precisely after selecting files from a text list, in a folder with more than 2000 photos. I divided the photos into two folders of about 1500 each, and the problem disappeared.
