None of my Lightroom’s are syncing

Question

I am about 3 seconds away from having a nervous breakdown.
I have called the customer service line 4 times. I have been told 4 different things. None of them are correct or worked.
I have 12,008 photos that say SYNC ISSUES

I cannot get them to sync,

my Lightroom cc, Lightroom classic and web Lightroom and my iPad do not have the same amount of photos

The customer service person just told me that I couldn't get any of these photos back but the one the day before told me that I could I just needed to turn in my iPad and they would sync. That didn't work either. Someone please help!

For other users, like most in this forum, more information will be needed to offer assistance, like-

Which is you 'Master' image app? LrC or Lr?

Are you Syncing UP from LrC, or DOWN from Lr?

Original Photos in Lr-Classic only sync UP from photos in Collections (Not 'all photographs'). Original Photos in Lr should sync both ways. I would not expect to see the "Same amount". Where are you seeing "Sync Issues"?

Please include the following in your question:
Adobe products and Version numbers.
A Screenshot of the info panel from MENU: Help/System Info...
Operating system and Version number
The full text of any Error Message(s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem. (Insert with the icon above a post window.)
