Hi,

When I export a photo from my lightroom, it say "not enough memory"

My computer info:

LR version 5.7.1

OS:  Windows 10; Processor:  i5; RAM 4GB(2.90 usable); 32-bit operating System with x64-based processer

Camera:  Canon 80D

I have 283gb free.

What can I do?

With a 32-bit operating system, Lightroom will limit itself to about a megabyte of memory usage. Upgrading your memory won't do any good unless you go to a 64-bit OS.

This means your computer does not have enough memory to complete the task.

Things to try:

  1. Make sure all other programs are closed (except Lightroom, of course)
  2. Export in smaller batches
  3. Upgrade your computer to have at least 8GB of memory
