Not Responding (Not Opening at Startup)

Hi all!

All of the sudden when I go to open Lightroom Classic on my Mac it doesn't open. Infinite loading spinner on the newest version. Tried downloading older versions with the same result. When I go to Force Close it says it's Not Responding.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
Help would be greatly appreciated!
