Number of recognized Faces in Metadata

Hey everybody,

is there a way to write the number of recognized faces in a Meta-Tag or add a specific keyword. The number is already written underneath a foto, so Lightroom knows the number, but if it would be possible to write it into metadata, I could filter images by group pictures, single person portraits etc. I would really need such an option.

Hopefully someone can help out.

There isn't any way to do this with built-in features, but you could use the Any Filter plugin to find photos based on the number of faces.  E.g. to find photos with one face:

 

 

Or to find group photos with at least five faces:

 

Or to find portraits in which the face rectangle takes at least 1/3 of the total photo area:
