Number of synced image not matching cloud

I have over 100K photos in the cloud via LR Classic. My LR mobile says it is synched with the cloud yet it shows less than 30K photos. Why?

Hi @mholbrook! 👋 Could you go to Lightroom Web, click on the cloud icon at the top right corner, and check if there are any sync issues? You can follow this guide here: https://adobe.ly/4ji2Tc3

Hi @mholbrook!

If your Lightroom Classic and mobile app aren't syncing, here are a few steps to help you out. First, make sure both apps are signed into the same Adobe Creative Cloud account and that syncing is enabled in Lightroom Classic. Also, check that you're using the latest versions of both Lightroom Classic and the mobile app.

 

You might need to reset sync data or rebuild the sync database. To do this, go to Preferences, then Lightroom Sync, and hold the Option key while clicking on "Rebuild Sync Data." You can also reset sync data to delete any problematic files. In Lightroom Classic, go to Settings under Synchronization and click "Reset Sync Data."
