O comando editar em no lightroom não está funcionando como resolver?

As funções do editar em no lightroom não está funcionando, aparece todas os aplicativos inativo, sendo assim não consigo também usar o atalho Ctrl+E, para mandar para o photoshop.

    Explain "is not working" ("não está funcionando"). What happens? Is there an error message?

    No error message appears, but the aplocativos in edit in in the lightroom are inatvos.
